This thought-provoking seminar has been designed to help architects specify textiles in a more sustainability-aware fashion. Topics covered include the environmental impacts of textile raw material choices, an overview of textile dye processes and flammability performance, eco-labelling, LCAs and CO2 footprints.

Camira is an award-winning textile innovator that designs and manufactures eight million metres of fabric a year for a wide range of commercial interiors and passenger transport applications. The company is the name behind the celebrated Sting fabric, made from nettles, as well as new fabrics made from materials as diverse as recycled coffee sacks and closed loop polyester.
