Factory Visit, by Welsh Slate
The visit, which is by 4x4 vehicle in places, provides an overview of Welsh slate as a building material and will help architects to better understand the uses of slate in roofing, flooring, walling, paving and countertops, to name just a few applications. Showing the process from rock face to finished product, this factory visit offers an insight into the challenges of crafting a natural product.
