Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) CPD (1)

Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) places legally enforceable collective duties on all those involved with a construction project, to plan, control and coordinate their work and cooperate with others to ensure the effective management of risks to health and safety of anyone affected by the construction and subsequent operation of the building. It also identifies specific duty holders and their responsibilities.

Failure to comply with CDM can result in prosecution, leading to significant penalties, both financial and reputational.

This collection of CDM CPD material informs and provides explanation for how the regulations affect a variety of stakeholders in a range of different scenario, so obligations and responsibilities can be better understood, as well as what needs to be done to discharge them.
