The Use of Glazed Screens to Control the Spread of Smoke and Fire in Buildings

This presentation covers the history of fire screens, safe routes of escape, and doors and screens as part of the solution for fire safety systems. Understanding Structural Waterproofing
Focuses on the design and application of below-ground waterproofing systems for basements, cellars, retaining structures and buried podium decks. Discusses the importance of correct design principles and factors to take into account when following the guidance of BS 8102-2009 and other codes of practice.
