An introduction to the Party Wall Act, including what it is, where it applies, what the different party wall notices are (and when must they be served), the role of surveyors in the party wall process, key documents and timescales. Also includes tips on ‘suitable’ and ‘non-suitable’ construction detailing, and what architects can do to minimise party wall fees and process delays.
