This CPD provides education on the importance of selecting an aluminium system house that prioritises the reduction of both embedded and operational carbon emissions, and the demonstrable evidence required to support sustainable choices.

Participants are guided through the full aluminium lifecycle—from the production of primary aluminium, through design and construction, to recycling—and learn how to reduce carbon emissions at each stage. The CPD also highlights the role of aluminium in the circular economy and its contribution to sustainable building practices.
