The following CPD materials have been assessed and approved by the RIBA.
This CPD seminar looks at the various modified screeds available for different applications, e.g. above underfloor heating or in an area of heavy vehicle traffic. It takes into account design considerations, time constraints and quality of substrate. The seminar also covers screed depths, test methods, DPMs, priming, surface preparation and the importance of specialist contractors.

This CPD seminar will help architects choose the right roofing system to meet their clients’ requirements. It covers establishing the client’s brief, compliance (including British Standards and Code of Practice), and making the right cost decisions. It introduces specific, generic roof waterproofing systems, including green roofing and zinc, with benefits/typical scenarios. It helps avoid common problems with detailing, compatibility and interfaces. There’s also a checklist of manufacturer support.
