The following RIBA-approved CPD materials fall within the RIBA core curriculum topic ‘Business, clients and services’ (and may fall within other core curriculum topics as well). This covers the principles of good business practice and service provision, and relevant legal frameworks. The topic also covers having the knowledge and skills to make sure that the business you own or work for is managed competently, ethically, effectively and efficiently, with sound financial and quality management, and appropriate systems, processes and procedures in place.
