Our goal is to help you navigate the Building Safety Act (BSA) confidently — especially around Gateway 2 and your role as Principal Designer. This session will guide you through the Building Safety Act, especially your potential duties when appointed as Principal Designer under the Building Regulations. We’ll focus on design responsibility, traceability, and collaboration with manufacturers to achieve safe compliance.
