Description

This CPD introduces transparent CdTe photovoltaic glass modules, a breakthrough in architectural integration that combines Italian aesthetics with energy efficiency.

The technology is designed to operate effectively even in low-light conditions. By integrating photovoltaic functionality directly into the glass structure, these modules allow buildings to generate renewable energy while maintaining the transparency and visual lightness of traditional glass.

In a building clad with this technology, every module works in synergy to optimize the capture of direct, reflected, and diffuse light, maximizing output across all climatic conditions. This transforms the building’s exterior from a simple envelope into an active infrastructure for large-scale energy production.

The photovoltaic glass is suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

  • Curtain walls and ventilated facades
  • Glass parapets, balustrades, and fences
  • Canopies, roof coverings, and skylights

Each module can be custom-cut without dimensional limits and is available in standard, custom made versions and colour. This ensures maximum design flexibility for both new constructions and renovation projects.
