In this 45 minute dynamic, dialogical CPD.

We will explore the new shape of risk for Dutyholders in projects since the Building Safety Act came into action in 2023.

Our approach seeks to build understanding for the various perspectives in the shared sign-off process for Principal designers, Principal contractors and Client / Architect.

We will together look at the concepts and approaches that can help to mitigate these risks when in the construction phase through valuing data as equally as valuable an asset as material property and how that relates to supply chain management.

We will finish the session with practical ideas and questions to take away to discuss with build teams to ensure our data protocols are fit for the future.
