Northern Ireland Note: This CPD has a strong focus on building regulations for England and Wales for new build homes. Building regulations in Northern Ireland do differ from England and Wales, specifically Northern Ireland does not have the same PAS 24 requirements for new builds and instead have adopted the police SBD standards which are different from PAS 24.
