Texfelt Ltd

Overview

Texfelt are world leading manufacturers of highly sustainable eco-engineered non-wovens. Upcycling single use plastics and textile wastes and creating new innovative comfort products for the home, fit for future generations to enjoy and then fully recycle. Our industry leading high-performance underlays are manufactured in the UK, but used extensively in homes, hotels, airports, restaurants and bars all over the world and are specified by top carpet retailers and interior designers in more than 15 countries across Europe, Africa, Middle East & Asia. SpringBond is the most recent addition to our range, made from 85% recycled PET plastic bottles and other single-use plastics it has been awarded a BRE verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). By achieving a BRE verified EPD, architects or fit out contractors can use SpringBond, understand its life cycle and environmental impact, and gain credits for their building or project score. SpringBond is available in three thicknesses and with superb under-foot comfort it is insulating both in terms of heat and noise acoustics. SpringBond is also fully recyclable at the end of its useable life and, because it contains no PU foam, there are no harmful VOCs meaning better air quality throughout the building.
