Cemfloor is a specially formulated screed binder used to create self-levelling cementitious floor screeds. With the addition of Cemfloor the screed’s performance is increased significantly and can be applied to a wide range of floors. Cemfloor binder is simply mixed with cement, water and a suitable sand to create a high-performance screed which complies with EN 13813 and is BBA certified. It can be foot trafficked within 24-48 hours and dries within 28 days with minimal shrinkage (<0.05%), which reduces cracking and curling.
Cemfloor is compatible with all types of floor finish, including cement-based tile adhesives. It is installed by fully approved and trained applicators, thereby ensuring that quality is never compromised.
