DuPont Corian has embodied a spirit of continual evolution since its ground breaking invention in the 1960s. Its flexible nature in the hands of the creative thinkers has pushed forward its architectural capabilities. Rainscreen façades are one of the most recent innovative uses of Corian. It can be thermoformed, its surface can be decorated, and its translucency allows it to be backlit.
