Seminar, by Strada London
A comprehensive guide to some of the key aspects of architectural ironmongery specification, including fire ratings, certifications and finishes. This seminar was designed to encourage a back and forth discussion, with fantastic examples of previously completed projects on show, and all presented by a fully-qualified member of the GAI.

An introduction to the increased importance of solar protection, particularly in the workplace, identifying key aspects of UK and European legislation. Covers internal solutions, including roller, Roman, vertical and Venetian blind systems, as well as the effect of different screen fabrics on factors such as solar gain, natural light, eye comfort and heat protection.

Also addresses the factors that affect the control of sound in a commercial environment, and other potential risks when specifying partitioning.
