The physical characteristics of the product and the ease of installation, both with or without adhesive (dry installation on grass, gravel, or elevated floors), make 20mm thick porcelain tiles an interesting alternative for the external paving of public and residential areas, such as urban spaces, pavements, garden paths, car parks, terraces, swimming pool borders, bathing facilities, parks and much more.

1.0 Product characteristics and intended areas of use

The 20 mm porcelain tile is an innovative solution that is versatile due to its technical characteristics and offers an alternative solution for outdoor use.
• Superior mechanical strength. (20mm breaking strength is > 11000N (Newtons) compared to 2500N for a 10mm thickness).
• High slip resistance.
• Frost resistant.
• Fire resistant.
• Resistant to thermal shock, atmospheric agents, acids, mould and salt.
• Exceptional resistance to stains.
• Resistant to vehicular passage when applied to a screed with adhesives.
• Easy to install, remove and reuse.
• Easy to clean.
• Eternal: the product and colours are stable over time.
• Eco-friendly: through its durability and the manufacturing methods used, can be downcycled at end of lifecycle.
• Can often be combined with flooring for interior spaces for a continuous aesthetic.
