Why can't I register for a new account?

If you get the message “this email address is already in use” when registering as a new user for ribacpd.com, the email address you are using has already been registered on this or another of our websites.

ribacpd.com uses the same registration system as some of our other websites, to save you having to register again

Sign in as an existing user (or register as a new user) of ribacpd.com, using the ‘Register/Sign in’ button below the primary menu bar to get to the Sign in page

I have forgotten my password, how can I Sign in?

If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgotten your password?’ function on the ‘Sign in’ page. This will send ‘Reset password’ instructions to your registered email address. Follow the instructions and Sign in.

Please note the ‘Forgotten your password?’ function only takes a short time to send you an email with a ‘Reset password’ link. If you have not received the email after 5-10 minutes please check your junk mailbox and spam filters.

I am unable to view the ribacpd.com Online CPD videos, why?

The ribacpd.com Online CPD videos require Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer in order to be viewed. If this is not already installed you will have to install it. Adobe Flash Player is available here

I am unable to view my ribacpd.com CPD certificate, why?

The certificates generated by the ribacpd.com website are in PDF format. In order to view these documents you need to install a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is available here
