The following CPD materials have been assessed and approved by the RIBA.
This seminar provides an overview of the potential time and energy savings that can be achieved by using inductive coupling to power LED lighting systems instead of traditional LED drivers. It explains why new technology is required to further reduce energy consumption and how the use of high frequency AC inductive coupling can further improve efficiency. It concludes by highlighting its recent inclusion in the IET Code of Practice for the Application of LED Lighting Systems.
