We often hear the phrase from ‘cradle to grave’ when discussing the sustainability of a material within the context of the lifecycle of a building. This presentation aims to demonstrate that this turn of phrase should not be applied to aluminium. When the lifecycle of your building comes to its end this merely marks the beginning of an aluminium product’s next lifecycle.
