This CPD seminar provides up-to-date technical and product information on the use and application of ceramic tiles, including how to solve potential problems associated with wall and floor tiles, information on all areas of specification, supply and installation, and advice on the correct detailing for the laying and application of ceramic and porcelain tiles.

This CPD presentation follows the development of façade systems from the early pioneering work of Jean Prouve, and demonstrates how the façade systems of today evolved.

The Trimo group provides both metal and glass façade systems to customers throughout the world. Its main manufacturing facility in Slovenia features one of the most automated production lines in Europe. The group employs more than 1,000 people and its products have been used on many award-winning projects.

Trimo has its own design institute, which works in conjunction with its research facility to develop new products and processes.

This seminar aims to provide an overview of External Wall Insulation systems (EWI), their function and key drivers within the market. It includes guidance to specifers, performance criteria, a review of current standards and legislation, and a close look at current construction techniques.
