At this Roadshow Sarah Grey, BIM Toolkit Product Manager from NBS will demonstrate how a free-to-use level-2 BIM tool has been developed. This session will cover how:

• Information requirements can be developed at a strategy and brief stage working with the client;
• The information delivery plan can grow through the design stages to determine who is doing what and when;
• Level of definition bandings can be referenced to define what information is required;
• Manufacturer solutions may be easily found with digital information being provided in the right place at the right time
• Specifications may be automatically generated from responsibilities in a delivery plan
